Travis Kelce has opened up about the moment Taylor Swift “conquered” him. The Kansas City Chiefs player revealed to the Bussin’ With the Boys podcast that he was impressed by the pop superstar’s attitude when she made her first appearance at a Chiefs game in September 2023.
He explained that he had offered her a private entrance, but she had decided to go through the main door like everyone else.
“There was no talking to security, making sure she got to her seat. She just wanted to be surrounded by family and friends and have this experience with everyone,” he recalled.
“She is mad. She wants to be there. She wants to support me and do things like that. She really won me over… And I think that’s why I started to fall in love with her. Just look at how sincere she is with her friends and family. It can get crazy for someone who gets so much attention. And she stays so relaxed and so cool,” he gushed.
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, both 34, started dating after he spoke publicly about his failed attempt to seduce her during a concert in July 2023.
“She is my girlfriend. It’s my wife. I am proud of it, he declared again. We don’t want to let everyone into her private life and be able to comment on it, knowing that everything she does is published on the front page of the newspapers.
The footballer also cited his three favorite songs by the singer: “Blank Space”, “Cruel Summer” and “So High School”, which is said to be about their relationship.
