After an illustrious career and significant achievements, including the Baccarat collection or new Maison de , inaugurated a few weeks ago, Maggie Henriquez will leave her role as general director of Baccarat at the end of February 2025.

Drawing on her past experience, including 21 years at LVMH, Maggie Henriquez joined Baccarat in 2022. Since then, she has led the company through major transformations, laying the foundations for the future of crystal. “It was an honor to lead Maison Baccarat and contribute to its extraordinary legacy. I am proud to have contributed to strengthening the impact of Baccarat, preserving its heritage while projecting it into modernity,” explains Maggie Henriquez.

Laurence Nicolas to succeed him

After almost three years at the head of Baccarat, she will soon pass the torch to Laurence Nicolas.

Laurence Nicolas held key positions at Cartier, where she oversaw international sales and marketing operations, and Dior, where she founded the jewelry division and developed the jewelry and watches categories for 17 years. Most recently, she led the global jewelry and watchmaking business at Sotheby’s before becoming managing director of Printemps Haussmann in 2021.

Laurence Nicolas is no stranger to Baccarat, having served on the board of directors since 2018. “I am convinced that Laurence will bring renewed energy and vision to this iconic Maison, ensuring that it continues to thrive and to innovate, continues Maggie Henriquez.
