Comedian Pierre Palmade was sentenced this Wednesday, November 20 to a five-year prison sentence, including two years with provisional execution, for a serious road accident that occurred in February 2023 in Seine-et-Marne. The accident, committed under the influence of drugs, left three people injured.
The court followed the prosecution’s requisitions, including the provisional execution of the sentence. This measure means that Pierre Palmade will not be able to avoid incarceration, even in the event of an appeal.
