Uncle Fredo and his food truck organized a buffet dinner at the end of the year to thank partners, customers, festival committees, elected officials and associations. Around sixty guests were present to taste verrines and tapas at the Saint-Hilaire – de-Lusignan village hall on the occasion of this first year of activity. The food truck traveled to the Agen area, notably to Passage, to Saint-Hilaire at Sauvetat-de-Savers or even to Lafox, Boé but also to Villeneuve, to Port-Sainte-Marie. This year the Tonton Fredo Food Truck collaborated with the Best Western hotel in Passage-d’Agen. This summer Uncle Fredo will be at the Sainte-Colombe gourmet market in July and also at the beer festival at Sauvetat-de-Savers on July 20 and August 24 at the gourmet market organized by the Buzet festival committee and finally to finish this last tour, Tonton Fredo’s food truck will be at the Lot-et-Garonne departmental council on September 21 for the flower festival. This will be the last date because Tonton Fredo is stopping his food truck and starting a new adventure at the start of the school year from September 3 with the resumption and inauguration of the restaurant “L’auberge des companions by Tonton Fredo” with traditional French cuisine on the menu ( rabbit with mustard, duck with orange, coq au vin, vegetarian plate etc.) The restaurant will be open every lunchtime from Monday to Friday with a dish of the day (without reservation) and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evening with a menu à la carte and can accommodate up to 50 people. On weekends it will be possible to contact Tonton Fredo as caterer for events (birthdays, weddings etc.) and theme evenings by reservation on 06 72 63 07 16.
