The romance of Valentin and Flavie, candidates for the last season of Love is in the meadowseems to last despite health concerns. The 21-year-old young woman was in fact diagnosed during the filming of the show with sarcoma, a type of cancer developing in connective tissues according to the National Cancer Institute. But “everything is now much better” according to the Manche farmer, who spoke with his partner to Karine Le Marchand in one of the last episodes of the show.
The couple is even already imagining a future together, despite the distance “of less than two hours” separating them, as Valentin recently declared to Purepeople. The two lovebirds currently only see each other “on weekends”, but intend to live together from “spring or the end of winter”. A real upheaval for the 26-year-old young man, who still had a glimpse of married life by hosting his partner during his convalescence during the summer. “The arrival of a woman in my life caused a lot of changes, we’re not going to lie. I'm a little apprehensive about life together, it's going to take a turn for the worse,” he admitted to the media.
“We’ll see”
And if he has difficulty projecting himself in certain areas, Valentin still seems ready to make room in his life for Flavie. “She wants to get married, I’m not necessarily ready. I'm not against it but I tell myself that it's no use, we're already going to live together. But we'll see, we're not there yet! “, he confided. Especially since the young woman's treatments for her illness imposed certain delays on her. “The children are a project too but in any case for two years it is not possible because of his treatment for cancer,” added Valentin.
In another interview for the Breton media Guignan StoryFlavie returned to the experience of filming, including certain strong moments with Valentin which would have actually happened… behind the cameras! “The kiss, the official one, is not the one we see,” she revealed. There have been several before, the one we see was expressly for the cameras, the official one was made the day before. »
