From November 16 to February 23, Vertou hosts the largest outdoor and indoor exhibition by Michel Bassompierre. The international master of animal sculpture received a visit to the Moulin Gautron on Friday evening from the sponsor of the exhibition, François Cluzet. “We are very lucky to be around a man like Michel Bassompierre, exceptional and rare,” underlined the French actor. To be in front of his sculptures is to never feel alone again. Because beauty, goodness, life surround us thanks to him,” confided the actor, himself “in love with animal sculpture” and “fascinated in particular by monkeys”.
