Bursts of soulful voices resounded throughout the opera. Singer Ina Forsman, wearing raven-colored outfit and hair, captivated the audience. At the end of the performance, the Limougeauds did not hesitate to applaud the talent of the young Finn. “The voice is incredible, the musicians are great and the audience was great”describes a man, with a smile on his lips, won over by the performance.

On stage, musicians come from all over the world: Ireland, Albania and even New Zealand. They all met in Berlin, a bustling cultural capital where the jazz scene is reinventing itself.
“Having artists like that helps wake everyone up, also wake up artists who are of a certain age in the field of jazz and soul and give young people the desire to use this directory type”, explains Jean-Michel Leygonie, artistic director of the festival.
Ina Forsman will return to her native country after the festival for a 100% Finnish tour. In Limoges, the Éclats d’Email festival will continue in full swing until November 24. This weekend, you will be able to find the best of jazz on stage like Spike Up, Altaïr, the duo Rouilhac and Tortajada, Keziah Jones, AMG and even James Brandon Lewis.
