More than sixty shows on the bill at Beausobre in Morges

The Théâtre de Beausobre unveiled the poster for its next season on Thursday, featuring around sixty shows. Several figures from the French theater and musical scene will parade in Morges (VD), notably Sophie Marceau and Renaud.

Like every year, Beausobre will host several plays from Parisian theaters. In addition to Sophie Marceau, who shares the stage with François Berléand in “La Note”, Yvan Attal, Stéphane de Groodt, Jonathan Lambert, Alessandra Sublet, Florence Pernel, Stéphane Freiss, Régis Laspalès, Michel Fau, Christiana Reali, Lionel Abelanski, Camille Cottin , Julien Aluguette and Virginie Lemoine are announced.

On the musical side, the programmers promise “multicultural” concerts in varied and colorful styles. Ibrahim Maalouf, Angélique Kidjo Christophe Willem, Kimberose, Renaud, Chilly Gonzales, Clara Ysé, sisters Katia and Marielle Labèque and Brad Mehldau will be there.

The Geneva Camarata will present “La Danse du soleil” where classical music, dance and theater will combine. Among the other musical offerings of the season, the CUBE hall will welcome Noé Preszow, Flèche Love and Phanee de Pool for a special weekend of standing concerts.

Dance fans will also be treated to several shows with the Gala of Cuban Stars, Hervé Koubi, Beaver Dance Company, Queen Blood and the Béjart Ballet Lausanne.

In terms of humor, it is the Vaudois Simon Romang who will open the season with his only stage performance “Poussette”. Manu Payet, Panayotis Pascot, Philippe Lellouche, Isabelle Nanty, Christelle Chollet, Véronique Gallo and Bérengère Krief will follow.

Beausobre will also offer a range of family shows, from circus and magic to theater and puppetry.
