David Dalidec, architect specializing in the design of restaurants and commercial premises, signs the decoration of the new Monzù in Chartrons. This place transports visitors to the heart of ancient Rome, with sumptuous decor mixing noble materials and touches of contemporary art. Frescoes inspired by Roman palaces, a gilded oven named “The Emperor of Rome”, vibrant mosaics and an impressive brass and oak staircase make up this unique setting.
