All equal
The second edition of 1001 children’s books aims to highlight a theme that appears essential to them. Even more essential at a time when we talk a lot about school bullying

A facilitator will create stories from little characters from all over the world. And, of course, children will be able to make, write, draw and play. As a reminder, children must be accompanied.

With the support of the City and the neighborhood center, two associations are in charge: Brind’Lire jeunesse and Amélire. The first has been in the field for ten years and promotes children’s literature in schools. Sometimes in conjunction with associations as was the case last year with the Hennebont-Halhul twinning committee (Palestine).
Jacqueline Benais, from the Amélire association, defines its direction: Since 2002, we have been working to promote books and the written word. By adopting a popular education approach, we strive to create a bank of tools to promote reading and writing practices among the most deprived populations. You just need to be an Amélire member to be able to borrow these tools.
