The Music Box, a story

The Music Box (BAM) was born during the summer 2014thanks to four music enthusiasts: Hélène Galiègue, Eugénie Arcis, Magali Joing and Thomas Portier. “The initial objective was to offer a music school to Villenouvellois, in order to facilitate access to learning an instrument, in a friendly setting,” explains Thomas Portier.

Over the years, the school has doubled its number of members, going from around fifty to more than a hundred. To the BAM, a multitude of choices are offered to future musicians: singing lessons, violin, piano, guitar, bass, musical awakening, trumpet, recorder and transverse flute, drums and even a choir. This association also offers four aperitif concerts per year.
