A new rooftop with swimming pool and restaurant will soon be set up in Brussels

It is the opening that has gone under the radar, largely eclipsed by the upcoming opening of two Brussels flagships, the Astoria, then the Métropole, in 2025. Another hotel establishment is nevertheless preparing to see the light of day in the capital city. The former Sheraton, one of the largest business hotels closed since 2016, will experience a second life under the name Cardo Hotel Brussels. Located on Avenue du Boulevard, in the heart of the Botanique district, the new establishment is part of the Autograph Collection, a portfolio of Marriott Bonvoy signature hotels, for which design and decoration have been pushed to such a level of excellence that they promise a real moment of immersion to visitors.

A swimming pool, a spa and a restaurant at the top

In the program ? Nearly thirty floors offering a breathtaking view of the city, and which will accommodate 486 rooms and 46 suites of sizes never before seen in Brussels. But what particularly makes our mouths water is what is going to happen on the roof. The Cardo Hotels hotel experience will indeed offer its customers a rooftop with a 360° view of the capital. It will have its own private swimming pool, sheltered by a monumental glass roof. Enough to ensure that you can enjoy it in both summer and winter, which is not a luxury when you observe Belgian weather that is worse than capricious.

A spa will also be available on site, with several relaxation pools, a hammam, separate lounges for men and women, as well as various services found in this type of place: body scrub, massages, facial treatments. .. A gym will also be made available. The rooftop will also have its own restaurant with a view of the city. For the moment, no photos of the place have yet been filtered, only 3D images have been shared on their site to give an idea of the future installations which are already very popular. The only downside is that you will have to wait a little longer before splashing around with the skyline in the background, since the opening of the hotel is only planned for this summer.
