Taste of sunrise
The Festival will be inaugurated Sunday November 10on the beach of Friar’s Bay, with a brunch with the flavors of Saint Martin. In the kitchen, Shane Huggins and Ashanta Daniel. For the atmosphere, DJ Lil R, the Gunslinger and singer Kenio Baly. Price: €60.
Discovery menus
Of November 11 to 2233 establishments will offer special menus around guavaberry. They will compete in four categories: local, gourmet, city and beach restaurants. 24 restaurants are also registered for the best dessert competition and 4 food trucks. Finally, 15 bartenders are registered for the mixology competition. At the end of a first rating phase, three finalists will compete on November 21. Four-handed dinners
It’s a concept that is very popular every year. Three restaurants open their kitchens to guest chefs for an exceptional menu. THE November 12 at Galets with chef Lula Martin del Campo; THE November 14 at Tropics Beach with chef Anthony Denon as well as at Maison Mère with Stéphane Buron.
Private chef competitions
Six caterers will compete by presenting a complete menu consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert. They will be evaluated by a jury of culinary experts. THE November 12 and 13.
Workshops
Highly anticipated at each edition, the workshops are back. Different levels are offered, for adults (13, 16, 17 et November 20th) and children (13 et November 20th), in order to learn new recipes under the wise advice of a chef in a magnificent setting in front of the Fort Louis Marina. Wine & Cheese
A gourmet evening to discover wine and cheese pairings is offered on November 13thin partnership with local merchants.
Food & Cocktails
Dishes with contemporary and Caribbean flavors accompanied by creative cocktails: this is the program of this event November 14 from 7 p.m. at Marina Fort Louis. Price: €85.
