Notice to fans of street-art ! The Festival d’art Street-Art & Contemporain to the Louvre Post is back for a second edition of November 16 to 24, 2024. And the icing on the cake, she is free ! This is a unique opportunity to rediscover and reclaim this Parisian monument, an emblem of late 19th century architecture, recently renovated. We set off to discover this exhibition currently being put together, discover some images of what awaits you!

The building, originally designed by Julien Guadetis a majestic blend of stone and metal. Thanks to the talent of the architect Dominique Perraultthe renovation work has magnified the historicity of the place. We are particularly attracted by the semi-covered interior courtyard of 1,200 m2, where the metal frame of the building is deployed. It is here, in the heart of this courtyard, that you can attend the lives of 12 street artists creating monumental works.

Besides the courtyard, the environment of the building is also fascinating. We discover modern glass structures hosting different living spaces, including the sumptuous 5-star hotel “Madame Rêve”. Up there, a 500 m2 green rooftop invites us to relax, complemented by a 360 m2 lounge bar and its panoramic terrace.

It is Sophie & Julien Roussard of the Galerie Roussardwho for the record, regularly treat us to their exhibitions at the Madeleine church, such as Street-art Madeleine recently, who imagined this exhibition open to all, LIBRE et FREEwithout reservation. The event plans, like last year, live shows and other activities, stay connected to learn more. In short, we take out the diary anyway to discover this exposition ephemeral which will undoubtedly be worth the detour! And since it’s free, it would be wrong to deprive yourself of it.
