The Hauts-de-Saint-Aubin neighborhood center is preparing to host its first HPC evening – for High Pop Culture – Saturday November 9, between 6:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. On the initiative of seven young people from the neighborhood, grouped together under this acronym, HPC, this event is the very first of this collective which wants to move the lines of cultural programming. This group has the ambition to create a space so that everyone can find themselves in a local and accessible proposition….
