On Sunday, November 10, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., immerse yourself in a western with The Good, the Bad and Tony Truant. The Oh Gobie restaurant is hosting the 8th edition of the vinyl exchange. The event not to be missed for record addicts.
A record player with the latest generation speakers, a DJ who mixes only with vinyl, or a simple suitcase with its integrated speakers, as a phonograph. No matter how we consume vinyl, it has come back into fashion in recent years. The Sétoise Vinyl Exchange is proof of this. After seven successful editions, it returns for an eighth, with quite a few surprises.

Rock, jazz, reggae
With more than 1,500 participants during the previous edition, the vinyl exchange is expecting a lot of people this Sunday, November 10. Jérémie Jardel and Grégory Fatalbazuka, creators of the Chichois Production association and organizers of the event, are taking over the Oh Gobie restaurant, located at 9 quai Maximin-Licciardi.
More than 12,000 records will be on sale. From the most common for amateurs, to the rarest for enthusiasts: there will be something for everyone. The two vinyl enthusiasts make it a point of honor that the records “touch on all musical trends“. For each session, they surround themselves with around ten exhibitors and rely on the “plurality of choices“, depending on each person’s specialties.
Vinyls and live performances
The vinyl exchange is above all an event that brings together music lovers. To combine sales and the sweetness of a melody in the ear, nine DJs will be present throughout the day. All with vinyls on the decks, they will take turns to get young and old dancing. Two live concerts are also on the program: Tony Truant and a surprise guest. Something to thrill”vinyl dealers“, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Diving into the Far West of Sète
Both “addicted vinyls ” each year define a theme for their events. This year, the western is in the spotlight. It will be highlighted in a dedicated exhibition, created by graphic designers, painters and designers.
To get fans of the record into the swing of things before the big day, a short film immerses Jérémie Jardel, Grégory Fatalbuzuka and Tony Truant in a western set in Sète. The Good, The Bad and Tony Truant is online on their Facebook page*, with more than 80,000 views in ten days. The theme seems to have made everyone agree.
