Black comedy with horrific accents, Humanist vampire seeking consenting suicide quickly made its mark among local moviegoers. As proof, Ariane Louis-Seize’s first production created a surprise by garnering no less than 22 nominations for the next Gala Québec Cinéma. We follow a young vampire whose overflowing compassion prevents her canines from growing and thus allowing her to satisfy the base instincts of her species.
