This Monday, June 3, 2024, viewers were once again able to follow the adventures of Marie and Jérémy in Married at First Sight. At the same time, the candidate returned to certain comments made by her husband in an interview with TV Mag.
However, their romance had started well. A few weeks ago, Marie and Jérémy said yes to each other on the show Married at first sight, broadcast on M6, only a few minutes after their meeting. And if for Marie, love at first sight was immediate, this was not really the case for Jérémy.
“I wasn’t aware of it at all, everything was going well for me”
Indeed, in the episode broadcast this Monday, June 3, 2024, the latter confided his impressions of the candidate, for whom he did not seem to have a crush: “She’s cute but she doesn’t make me dream” he said to his friends. Comments mentioned by Marie in an interview given to TV Magin parallel with the broadcast of the show: “It’s hard… I discovered this statement at the same time as you, while watching the episode of Married at First Sight. I wasn’t aware of it at all, everything was going well for me“, she declared before explaining that she did not understand Jérémy’s behavior: “In the timeline of that evening, he first spoke with this friend and then we had dinner where he made me his job offer in Bordeaux. So he tells his friend that he is not attracted to me and then he asks me to come work in his company. There is no logic!“However, the candidate then admitted to understanding her husband’s reaction when she refused the position of secretary that he offered her: “He knows that I love my job as a barista. I should have told him we’ll talk about it later rather than reacting negatively. I understand that he was offended…“.
“I didn’t recognize the man I married”
Later, Marie mentioned the argument that occurred the day before the assessment between her and her husband. A disagreement which had pushed the young woman to leave Jérémy’s home in the middle of the night: “There were no prior signs of this crisis, I saw nothing coming. That evening, I was faced with a different person from the one I had married. I didn’t recognize the man I had married and preferred to leave his apartment. I wasn’t comfortable staying at his house. I felt like I was living a nightmare, I was in shock.” she explained. Viewers will, however, have to be patient to know the final outcome of Marie and Jérémy’s adventure, since their assessment should be broadcast on Monday June 10, 2024.
