Do you love ramen? Ramen Ramen Fes has everything to please you. As part of its third edition, which began on Monday and continues until October 27, 33 restaurants in Montreal and Quebec are offering the iconic Japanese noodle dish, revisited in their own way.

Thus, we can enjoy comforting ramens in more classic broths such as miso and tonkatsu, but also some more daring creations featuring shrimp and fish balls (La Belle Tonki), fresh truffle and tempura enokis ( Umami Ramen) or ground pork and spinach (Kinton Ramen). Vegetarian and vegan and even gluten-free options are possible in certain establishments.
Participants are invited to vote for their favorite ramen dish while a five-member jury will award their favorite at the very end of the festival.
