Moroccan artist Saad Lamjarred expressed his deep sadness following the death of the child, “Saja”, and shared a photo of him with her on his Instagram account, which raised questions about his relationship with her and the circumstances of his death.

In the post, which was seen by many of his followers, Saad wrote: “With all our sadness, we extend our condolences to ourselves and the family of Saja, who passed away after adding joy and happiness to those who surrounded him during his six short years. Despite her young age, she was a symbol of innocence and love of life, filling our hearts with laughter and hope. We ask God Almighty to have mercy on her and forgive her, to make her a bird of Paradise, to give patience to her family and to give them the strength to overcome this great ordeal. We belong to Allah and to Him we will return.

Saja’s journey with illness

It turns out that the little girl, Saja, was one of the youngest cancer fighters in Morocco, and she gained a lot of fame after her mother created a support page on Instagram, where she shared her journey with the disease and the details of its chemotherapy.

What caught the attention in the photos and videos of baby Saja was her innocent smile that did not leave her face despite the pain and fatigue, making her a symbol of hope.

On August 30, Saad Lamjarred visited Saja in a humanitarian gesture, and the video that brought them together was widely shared on social media platforms.

Take care of your treatment

The girl’s mother had thanked King Mohammed VI for sponsoring her daughter’s treatment, but she recently announced her death on Instagram, in a message in which she declared: “Cancer has won.”
