Michel Blanc’s partner makes a very specific request

Like Michel Blanc, a cheerful man who made millions and millions of French people laugh. But this time, many of his friends won’t have the heart to laugh. Indeed, the actor’s death was so brutal, that his loved ones are having a hard time getting over it.

Biographer Jean-Pierre Lavoignat, who recently worked with the Splendid gang, returned to his last exchange with the actor: “It’s a double shock, It’s infinitely sad and it’s like losing a friend (…) I’ve been spending my time with them on the phone for three months, really. So it’s very disturbing to think that I spoke to him the day before yesterday and that he was fine. He gave the final validations of the book”he indicated on the set of C à vous.

Michel Blanc leaves the Splendid troupe in mourning

Thus, Jean-Pierre Lavoignat was able to bring together the entire Splendid troupe. Thanks to this project, the actors then had “somewhat reconnected, even though they didn’t need that.”
“I received a message from Balasko, three days ago, telling myself: ‘It’s still moving to watch our whole life go by’”
he confided.

“That’s exactly the feeling they all had. There, even more today, obviously”. Thus, Michel Blanc leaves behind grieving friends and relatives who hoped to spend good times with him again and again.
