François Demassard has known the places since he was fifteen. He started there as an apprentice before cooking with the starred chef at Guy Lassausaie in and at L’Auberge de Sainte-Anne. In 2018, he bought La Chebaudière and moved there. Over time, walls and shelves take on strands of its history.
