“I think you’re clearly the best.” » The words thrown by young Léa, eliminated at the first council of the reunification of “Koh-Lanta: the immunity hunters”, to her teammate Jean seem to be confirmed. Since the reunion of the two tribes, the carpenter of the ex-Reds has won four of the five contested events. He shared the last two victories to date with Mégane, his partner for the episode of linked destinies, broadcast this Tuesday April 30 on TF 1.

Before discovering this stage which is often a turning point in the game, viewers witnessed the arrival of Cécile in the residence of the final jury, joining Léa and Océane. The latter revealed to them the alliance between Meïssa and Amri. The last one to be eliminated fell from a height: “I sincerely hope that Meïssa will burn her wings,” she said, unable to believe having been betrayed.

In the adventure, the ten candidates still in the running were divided by lot into five duos. They therefore face the tests in pairs and also undergo elimination in tandem. This season, by chance, three mixed teams were formed between former Yellows and former Reds: Amri and Julie, Pauline and Meïssa, Léa and David. One composed exclusively of ex-Reds: Mégane and Jean. And one from ex-Jaunes: Aurélien and Sébastien.

Mégane and Jean impress during the immunity test

The comfort test was a classic of the show: mud. Everyone had to throw themselves into a bath of slush to fill a bucket while scraping their bodies. Once the receptacle was full, it was a matter of forming balls with this binder and coconut fiber in order to aim at targets to make them fall. The game was close but Jean and Mégane won the great reward: spending the night with a fishermen’s family with a hearty meal. The carpenter even took the opportunity to lend a hand at the construction site of a wooden boat, not shying away from his pleasure of finding familiar tools.

Returning full and rested the next day, Mégane and Jean impressed during the immunity test which was a balancing act. Despite the performance of Amri and Julie who lasted more than 25 minutes, where Léa and David fell after 15 seconds, it was the ex-Reds pair who won hands down.

Feeling particularly in danger, Aurélien, with Sébastien’s agreement, decided to reveal to Mégane, David, Julie and Jean the betrayal of Meïssa, allied with Amri, in order to direct the votes against him. Jean couldn’t believe his ears: “I’m amazed. Big, big, big disappointment. » “For me, Meïssa is a real snitch,” summarized David, also disappointed. Mégane feigned surprise, taking care not to tell her comrades that she already knew.

No collar played at the council

To not help the yellow duo’s affairs, Sébastien, annoyed that Julie was making noise early in the morning while he was trying to sleep a little longer, ended up telling her “Shut up” which shocked most of the adventurers. He still apologized afterwards.

Victorious in the comfort test, Mégane and Jean had obtained a clue to find an immunity necklace. They had to take steps starting from the camp banner, heading southwest. Not very sure of themselves, they took Julie and David into their confidence to help them, but obviously they don’t really have a sense of direction. Only Jean approached the sesame, hidden in the open sea, without ultimately bringing it to light.

So no playing with the council. Faced with Denis Brogniart, Meïssa was confronted with his double game and tried to deny it without convincing many people. It was ultimately Sébastien who received 6 votes against him, including those of his three ex-Jaunes comrades Pauline, Léa and Amri. The Pyrenees carpenter dragged Aurélien into his fall, both being stunned by the choice of their sidekick Amri.
