The confrontation will have shed light on the matter. The Paris prosecutor’s office has just announced Paris news that Gerard Depardieu will be judged in October 2024 for acts of sexual assault committed in September 2021 on two alleged victims.
Also indicted in another case
The acts were allegedly committed during the filming of the film The green shutters. Two women were interviewed and confronted by the actor during his police custody at 3e judicial police district. He will be tried for this case before the Paris Criminal Court. The case was publicized February 25, 2024 by our colleagues from Mediapart.
At the same time, the Paris prosecutor’s office specifies that the actor is indicted, in another case, “for the offenses of rape and sexual assault to the detriment of Charlotte Arnould. ” The investigating judge completed its investigations and the outcome of the affair should soon be communicated.
