The “Commerce en fête” operation will take place on Thursday May 9, Friday May 10 and Saturday May 11 in the streets of downtown Toulouse.
On Thursday 9, Friday 10 and Saturday 11 May, Toulouse Métropole, the Toulouse town hall and the Toulouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry are organizing the “Commerce en Fête” event.
These three days will be punctuated by musical entertainment and street shows. Traders will be able to display their products in public spaces between 11 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Three musical stages will be set up, with thematic programming: Place Saint Georges – Place de la Trinité – rue d’Alsace-Lorraine.
Reinforced Vigipirate plan
As part of the reinforced Vigipirate plan, specific traffic leading to the closure of several streets in the city center has been implemented. A very large area of the historic city center is affected, from Place du Capitole to Place Wilson, and as far as Esquirol and Les Carmes to the south.
