Actors and extras in place, technicians on the lookout… ” It turns ! “. The small historic center of Allauch (Bouches-du-Rhône) and its inhabitants are starting to get used to this excitement. Perched in the hinterland, the town has hosted the filming of the soap opera “Plus belle la vie” since the fall, relaunched by TF1 after its stop on 3. An old fountain surrounded by shops, a café: the setting ideal for resurrecting the Place du Mistral and the terrace of its famous bar.

“Allauch is in the credits every day, and even on the posters of the TF1 tower visible from the ring road”, jubilant its mayor, Lionel de Cala (Les Républicains). He intends to take advantage of it. Its objective: to double the summer attendance of the town of 22,000 inhabitants, which welcomes 10,000 visitors in the summer.
