Free Trainings, Webinars (60 minutes) to promote positive mental health – Tools “by and for” students

To support the well-being of teachers and school staff, the Optimal Well-Being in Education Lab is launching a series of free 60-minute webinars each month, dedicated to positive mental health.

These trainings are designed to equip school staff with strategies based on the psychopedagogy of well-being in an educational context, so that they can not only take care of their own well-being, but also access effective tools to promote positive mental health in their students.

Drawing in particular on the work of Seligman (2011) and Butler and Kern (2016), these sessions will address themes such as the application of the PERMA model in an educational context, practical tools for developing a culture of optimism based on character strengths and a growth mindset promoting positive emotions in daily life.
