As the new season of “Koh-Lanta” continues to attract attention, one of its candidates finds himself at the center of a serious legal case. Gustin, a member of the Red tribe, is accused of having participated in a violent altercation during a concert in Yverdon-les-Bains in Switzerland, last August.
According to the Tribune de Genève, the former lifeguard allegedly hit several security guards, causing injuries, including to a woman.
The security guard, who decided to file a complaint, claims that Gustin not only insulted her, but also violently physically attacked her. “He called me a big whore and a slut before punching me twice in the face”she testifies in the columns of 24 Heures.
Suffering from a broken nose, she expresses her anger and resentment at this behavior: “He punched me twice in the face. I was stunned. I was bleeding. It’s too easy to put yourself forward, to become a public figure, when he attacked a woman who has a man’s job. Alcohol doesn’t excuse everything. I find it shameful.”.
The incident allegedly occurred when Gustin, accompanied by a friend, went on stage during the concert. A witness present at the scene confirmed the violence of the scene, stating that the assault lasted about a minute. The police quickly arrested a drunken man, who also allegedly tried to struggle before spitting in the police car.
Despite these accusations, Gustin has not wished to comment on the matter. At this stage, he remains presumed innocent.
