Saad Lamjarred said he chose to make music out of conviction and passion, confident that from a young age, his parents, the artists Bachir Abdou and Nezha Regragui, supported him in this path and bought him musical instruments that he learned to play. The Moroccan artist admitted that if it were possible to go back, he would try to finish his studies before embarking on a musical career. For this reason, he asks young people not to follow his example and to focus first on their training and the acquisition of knowledge and languages before thinking about developing their talent.

Lamjarred also confided that the album “Mal Hbibi Malo” produced with his friend Jalal El Hamdaoui, propelled him to the forefront of the world stage. The song was a great success on the Arab scale, revealing him as one of the rising stars of Moroccan and Arab music. The single “Enty Baghya Wahad”, produced featuring DJ Van, also became a hit, added Lamjarred, welcoming the public’s reception to his song “LM3ALLEM”, written and composed by Jalal El Hamdaoui, which exceeded one billion views, becoming the first Arab song to reach this record.

The Moroccan artist maintained that this song marked a turning point in his career, stressing that the production of its clip, considered the best in Morocco and the Arab world, cost him $55,000. Saad Lamjarred also stated that the vicissitudes of life have forced him to reside in France for years, assuring that he will return to Morocco when circumstances are more favorable. “I am happy to have a career and a story that show that human beings can fall and then get up and create in the midst of the trials they encounter. I am proud of everything I have been through,” he concluded.
