The e-Enfance Association, which operates the number 3018, a unique number for young victims of harassment and digital violence, announced the commissioning of the Acceo system, which aims to facilitate access for deaf and hard of hearing people to 3018 .
This connection service, available from Monday to Friday, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., offers three modes of communication: instant transcription of the Word, video interpretation in French sign language (LSF). ) and video coding in completed spoken French language (LPC).
This device is developed by Acceo Tadeo, a player specializing in accessibility solutions for deaf, hard of hearing or non-French-speaking people, among others.
