Andropause, although affecting a large number of men after the age of 50, remains a little-discussed subject shrouded in mystery. A recent study conducted by DisonsDemain, a dating application for over-50s, reveals that 85% of men consider this phenomenon to be taboodespite its significant impact on their daily lives.
Insufficient awareness
The study highlights a glaring lack of information: 37% of men surveyed do not know what andropause is. In addition, almost half of the participants point to a lack of communication on the part of health professionals and the media.
