Four tips to relieve eczema attacks

The coming winter is most often accompanied by irritation for people suffering from eczema. Indeed, low air humidity during the winter months leads to increased drying of the skin and aggravates symptoms such as itching and inflammation.

“Eczema symptoms get worse with cold. 2. Soothe inflammation with facial oil. “Vitamin D deficiency can worsen eczema symptoms. As a result, the skin dries out and becomes irritated and/or inflamed more quickly. 3. Opt for mineral makeup. “For skin prone to eczema, it is essential to only use mineral powders. Definitely avoid applying thick layers of heavy makeup that clog pores and worsen irritation. However, you can use a covering concealer here and there, and finish with a mineral foundation. Our mineral eye shadow and shadow are also only made from pure and natural ingredients that respect the skin and help fight dry skin or acne problems. »

4. Limit irritation with appropriate clothing. “Avoid wearing clothing that is too thick and may irritate the skin or cause very rapid temperature variations, which further increases irritation. Soft, natural materials such as cotton are much more pleasant to wear. »
