Too many patients were presenting for non-urgent problems. To guarantee optimal care, emergency dermatological consultations at the Citadelle hospital (which are not found elsewhere in the region) are now accessible only upon written request from a treating physician or pediatrician, at the exception of specific emergencies requiring rapid treatment.

In the event of a valid reason, registration is possible from 8:00 a.m. at the emergency reception but the number of patients is limited to 15 per day.
