In the 1960s, the couple of doctors Anne-Marie and Pierre Tubéry decided to go to Africa to offer their services to local populations. On site, both discovered traditional African knowledge around plants and witnessed many spectacular healings.

Together, they learn the benefits of plants and wish to share them in Europe. While retaining African values, the couple created, in , the Phytotherapy Research Center, CRP Phyto. They thus wish to disseminate simple and natural solutions. For more than 40 years now, the laboratory CRP Phyto has specialized in food supplements and well-being products based on traditional African and European plants.

Cécile Lechevallier is a naturopath at CRP Phyto. According to her, the unsuspected power of these plants can be an effective supplement for managing everyday worries. Plants like Desmodium, Polygala or even Pygeum can in fact be used to treat various ailments. While relying on a scientific and ethical approach, CRP Phyto wishes to create lasting links with practitioners in Africa.
