It is also important for them to protect themselves against infections and to maintain good health. To do this, they are advised to sleep well, do sports exercise (walking) and drink and eat healthy and balanced. Furthermore, they are asked to drink a glass of water and cover their nose and mouth when they are about to move from a closed place to an open one.

In the event of symptoms, such as the sudden onset of fever, cough, headache, joint and muscle pain, sore throat and runny nose, the ministry advises you to stay at home and drink enough fluids. of water, wash your nose regularly and consult a doctor.

In case of repeated coughing and sneezing, it is advisable to use a tissue and throw it into a closed trash can.

The ministry would like to remind you that it is necessary to receive the flu vaccine available from the nearest health center as quickly as possible.
