You could say it’s fashion. We can also assume that out of laziness, convenience or ignorance, we rush to order from the caterer what we need to eat.

And this trend is gaining ground, invading a field that is constantly progressing. Young households, students, workers in all sectors of activity are leaning towards this solution.
