In its decision no. 469964 of June 30, 2023, the Council of State recalled that our list “does not constitute a scientific publication emanating from a research organization or a public authority, but processing for journalistic purposes established by a press organization intended for readers of the magazine it distributes, in order to inform them about the quality of care provided by health establishments and to enlighten them on their comparative merits.
