As France prepares to receive many tourists in the run-up to the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Ministry of Labor, Health and Solidarity is launching a communication campaign to guide French people and foreign nationals in the event of need for care.
This communication campaign, including a section aimed at foreign nationals, aims to raise awareness of good actions in order to facilitate the management of unscheduled care and thus allow everyone to receive care.
adapted to its needs.
Unscheduled care is care that is not a life-threatening emergency but for which care by a health professional is desirable within 48 hours. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 15 remains the priority.
“Need a doctor? Follow the right path” is the message carried by this campaign to guide patients through 3 key stages:
- As a first step, contact your doctor ;
- If this is not available, use the map of places of care, available on Santé.fr
; - If no offer is available, call 15 before going to the emergency room.
