Creation of an EAM for adults with mental disabilities in the Somme

Goals

The objective of the call for projects is to offer adapted support to adults with a psychological disability who have been the subject of a referral from the Departmental House for Disabled People (MDPH) towards this Medical Reception Establishment (EAM).
Thus, the creation of EAM places with and without accommodation for the care of disabled people with psychological disabilities will make it possible to respond to the continuity of support, while offering care adapted to this public.
It will also offer a new response in terms of respite.

This call for projects also aims to:

accommodate people kept in full hospitalization in the public mental health establishment in the absence of suitable provision, or without solutions and/or suffering at home with outpatient care for which referral to an establishment remains necessary.
to accommodate adults with behavioral disorders, with profiles that do not correspond to the care offered in existing medical-social establishments.
find flexible support solutions for welcoming adults with mental disabilities allowing their inclusion in the city.

Beneficiaries

The project is intended for adults with mental disorders, benefiting from a valid EAM orientation issued by the CDAPH.

Eligible candidates

Organizations managing medical-social establishments and services (ESMS) for children and/or adults with disabilities, with exclusive ARS competence or joint ARS-CD competence falling under Article L 312-1 of the Social Action and Families Code, may apply under this call for projects.

Name of places

2 accommodation units with 8 places respectively, including 1 temporary place on each unit, 1 day care unit with 8 places. A total of 24 places: 14 full accommodation places, 2 temporary accommodation places and 8 day care places.
