Young Bruguiérois are committed to ecology. Arnaud Sigu, the mayor and Carlos Bico, deputy for children and youth, received a visit from 6 students from Gratentour College, who came to present their clip “We’re all going to have to get started”.

A nice “rap writing” mediation project initiated by their music teacher and Bajo el Mar. Paul, Manoa, Chloé, Lucas, Noé, Laura and their comrades wrote the texts, set to music with the help of Riot Pata Negra and shot the clip with a professional videographer. The mayor wanted to congratulate this great act of citizen engagement and hopes that other projects will see the light of day.

Mosquitoes

A mosquito control campaign will begin at the sports complex, the leisure center, Xeraco Park and Bellevue Square. The first anti-larval treatment is planned for June 28 and a second at the beginning of September. A passage for adult mosquitoes is planned for the end of July, beginning of August.
