The domain Bargemoneproperty of the Einaudi family since 2019has always sought to think outside the box. So, in this fall of 2024, these are two alcohol-free rosé vintages which have just seen the light of day Saint-Cannat.

Because, sometimes, we want to take a break from our alcohol consumption or for medical reasons or simply because we don’t like alcohol, JAVA, these are two vintages carefully crafted from wines selected for their ability to offer rich and complex aromas. Thanks to a technique of dealcoholization vacuum-packed at 30 degrees which preserves the aromas and thus avoids adding them, Java offers an original taste experience.

Less calories than a classic wine

Sold for 14 euros per bottleJava seduces with its balance, its lightness and its aromas subtly preserved thanks to the gentle extraction of alcohol. No flavoring or sugar was added after distillation, which means that JAVA is much less calories than a classic wine.

A crazy bet that doesn’t scare the Einaudi family. For the record, the family has already invested a lot, notably in 2023 with the inauguration of new cellars and cellar. Today the domain therefore extends over 300 hectares, including 120 of vines which produce 85% rosés, but also 10% whites and 5% reds.
