[Journée Mondiale du Diabète 2024 : un réseau mobilisé !]

Next Tuesday, November 14, will be World Diabetes Day. On this occasion, the 100 member associations and delegations of the French Diabetics Federation, supported by the commitment of 1,500 volunteers, will offer diabetes awareness actions.

Events organized throughout the country…

Every year, volunteers are present in very public places such as markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, primary health insurance funds, hospitals, nursing homes, municipal halls, etc. Speeches and discussions on diabetes are just as varied: stands, forums, conferences, workshops, Diabetes Cafés, testimonials, films, games, walks, radio or television broadcasts.

…with the highlighting of gender-related differences in the management of diabetes
With the aim of “meeting the needs of 4 million faces”, this mobilization will also promote the theme “diabetes for women, diabetes for men”. Several new contents will be broadcast during the month of November by the French Federation of Diabetics: I am discovering the whole system.
