This Friday, October 18, the Jacques Brel room in Castanet was packed for the 3rd edition of Fashion Boob. This event has now established itself as an essential meeting place for solidarity and creativity. Organized by Sandrine Marino-Pinpin and the Bonnets Givrés collective, this unique evening offered the public an extraordinary parade of customized bras, boldly presented by models of all ages, men and women.

The success of this edition was enormous. The public responded in large numbers to support this cause. The emotion was palpable throughout the evening. Although less than 1% of men are affected by breast cancer, their presence on the podium reminded us that this disease also affects them. The message of prevention and awareness came across forcefully. The fight against breast cancer has no gender and screening is everyone’s business.

Lady Rose closed the parade with a final scene full of poetry and power. The creations, each more original than the other, transported the audience, oscillating between moments of intense emotion and celebrations of the joy of living. The models, whether men or women, young or old, gracefully embodied this duality.

Proceeds from the evening will be donated to the ARSE (Regional Association of Socio-Aestheticians), an organization committed to cancer patients which offers them valuable support to regain self-confidence and face the illness with dignity.
