On the morning of Thursday, September 26, the multi-site multi-site health center (MSP) on the coast, in collaboration with Health Insurance, organized a prevention day which was a great success. The event, which took place at the entrance to the Medicanet 2 medical center, attracted a large audience, who came to benefit from free health check-ups and valuable advice.
The themes covered during this day were as varied as they were essential for good health. Awareness stands were set up to meet everyone’s needs: professionals offered checkpoints on vaccinations, provided information on the prevention of heart failure and advised on healthy aging for the elderly. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of adapted physical activity (APA) at all ages and on a balanced diet.
Participants were able to interact directly with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, dieticians and other experts. They were able to ask their questions and benefit from personalized recommendations. Disease prevention and improving well-being were at the heart of this day and feedback from visitors was unanimously positive.
