Call for applications: FondaMental Foundation Scholarships – Lilly Laboratory 2024
The FondaMental Foundation, in collaboration with the Lilly laboratory, is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2024 Psychiatry Research Grants. This initiative aims to support the recruitment of Master II students by the FondaMental laboratories. research to develop innovative projects in the field of psychiatry.
As part of its mission to support scientific research in psychiatry, the FondaMental Foundation awards research grants with the support of the Lilly Laboratory. Since 2012, these FondaMental Foundation – Lilly Laboratory Scholarships have enabled research laboratories to recruit psychiatry students to develop innovative projects.
With financial aid of 4,000 euros per student, these scholarships aim to facilitate the realization of projects that will advance knowledge of mental illnesses. To date, more than 60 Master’s scholarships have been awarded.
These research projects must focus on the study of severe psychiatric illnesses and relate to one of the following areas of research:
Etiology and Pathophysiology (mechanisms, biomarkers, vulnerability factors, etc.)
Epidemiology and medico-economic studies
Clinical and therapeutic innovations (diagnostic tools, medical devices, etc.)
Who can apply?
This call for applications is aimed at research laboratories which wish to welcome a young researcher (doctor, biologist, psychologist, etc.) and who present a research project in psychiatry as part of a Master II internship. The requesting laboratory must be a member of the FondaMental Alliance.
Interested candidates are invited to complete the online form available in their Alliance FondaMental space on the Foundation’s website (www.fondation-fondamental.org).
The deadline for submitting files is June 16, 2024 at 3 p.m.
The results will be announced in July 2024.
