For her part, Adéla Cernousek, 21, made a great comeback to secure 13th place with a card of 70 (-2). NCAA university champion and author of a great performance at the last US Women's Open, the young player chose to turn professional before finishing her studies at Texas A&M University. “It’s a dream come true”she confided after the announcement of her qualification, gleaning $2,600 for her place in the process. The two French women will therefore join Céline Boutier on the LPGA Tour, well established on the prestigious American circuit.
