Cameron Young, 33rd player in the world, withdrew 24 hours from the start of the World Wide Technology Championship, the antepenultimate tournament of the FedEx Cup Fall.

He was on paper the best player to take part in the event. Cameron Young33rd this week at theOfficial World Rankingwill ultimately not take the start of the World Wide Technology Championship in Mexico this Thursday, on the route of Cardonal. No reason was given for this last minute package.

The American was one of the favorites for this tournament. This event seemed like a great opportunity for the 27-year-old to get his first ever victory on the PGA Tour. He was replaced in the field by his compatriot Sean O’Hairwho has four successes on the American circuit between 2005 and 2011.

Two French people at the start

As a reminder, Martin Trainer et Paul Barjon will be at the start of the tournament. They will launch their first round at 7:27 p.m. and 8:33 p.m. respectively this Thursday. The two Frenchmen need a very big result to hope to save their card.
