The collaborator of MP RN Laure Lavalette multiplies racist, anti-Semitic, sexist and homophobic messages.

POLITICS – All busy dusting off its image and making itself more respectable in the eyes of the French, the National Rally sometimes reminds us that it has not finished with its old demons. After the soap opera around the problematic candidates in the legislative elections, it is the surprising profile of certain parliamentary collaborators which now emerges. According to the Daysone of those close to RN MP Laure Lavalette, stands out for his racist, anti-Semitic, sexist, homophobic and pro-colonization tweets.

Nicolas Koutseff, who has been assisting the elected representative in the Assembly since 2023, ran in tandem with her in the 2021 departmental elections and sat alongside her on the municipal council. The parliamentarian is today an important figure of the French far right, spokesperson for Marine Le Pen during the 2022 presidential election, member of the national office of the RN and now spokesperson for the group in the Assembly.

“Arabs don’t like water”

On the social network “Arabs don’t like water” ; “Banania is a brand of chocolate, I have one at home, it’s very sought after, does that make me a fucking racist? » ; “Where would Africa and the Maghreb be without colonization? Very happy Algerians to have taken advantage of everything we left behind” ; “Shit feminist” ; “Ramadan, scum, rap! Phew the new holy trinity is present, the honor of the left is safe”.

Nicolas Koutseff also received messages with anti-Semitic overtones. “Israel’s work for the region is a good start”he wrote on December 29, 2016 in unclear French. On December 5, 2020, when a CNews columnist urged National Education to strengthen the teaching of the Shoah, the future right-hand man of Laure Lavalette tweeted: “Why the Shoah? The Vendée genocide is not bad too, and there are so many others! Ok for the chronological and patriotic history ». Another example unearthed by The Daysthis message in which he refers to Éric Zemmour, this “ Jewish ” Who ” speak to the French people ».

Not to mention the insults launched against public, political or media figures. Jack Lang? “But what a big shit”. Jean-Luc Mélenchon? “Motherfucker”. L’historie Benjamin Stora? “A good bastard”. The comedian Guillaume Meurice? “A good son of a bitch”. The Génération·s mayor of Ali Rabeh? “A little whore, it’s written on her face”. Arthur Germain, Anne Hidalgo’s son? “Son of a bitch”.

“Intolerable messages”

This is just a collection of messages published on an account that is now closed. Requested by The Days to explain his tweets, Nicolas Koutseff set about deleting them one by one. Before realizing that given the significant amount of work this would represent, it was best to delete the entire account.

These tweets are not surprising for those who know the character. In March, during a discussion on social housing at the Toulon municipal council, Nicolas Koutseff declared: “We will vote against this deliberation, not because we are against the construction of social housing, but against the people we put in it”. A statement made publicly and revealed at the time by the local newspaper The Marseillaise.

To the online media, Laure Lavalette recognizes that a “a certain number of messages are in fact intolerable and contrary to his political line”. The RN deputy should summon her collaborator “very soon with a view to a disciplinary sanction” but refutes the interpretation allegedly “false, defamatory and slanderous” of certain tweets.
