Formula 1 and Mattel, the world leader in toys and family entertainment, have unveiled a new range of products. This collection will allow fans to collect official F1 cars at home thanks to the famous Hot Wheels cars.
The Hot Wheels F1 collection will launch globally in 2025. It will include all eight F1 teams across different products: cars from the Basics range (sold individually or in packs of 5), Premium collectibles and new racing circuits specially designed for Formula 1. This range expands the limited edition 1:64 scale F1 car launched in 2024.
F1s arrive in the Hot Wheels range
Basics Hot Wheels 1:64 scale cars are designed to race on super-fast F1 circuits, providing an immersive at-home experience. The Premium models, with their metal bodywork, authentic team liveries, driver numbers and Pirelli tires, will bring additional details to look even more like real F1 cars.
Fans will be able to compete on two circuits designed especially for this collection: the Sprint Circuit and the Sprint Race. The Sprint Circuit challenges players to surpass themselves to cross the checkered flag first. The Sprint Race, for its part, incorporates a DRS booster to allow the cars to gain the advantage and overtake their competitors.
In 2025, Mattel will participate in select Grands Prix with special fan activations and retail locations. These events will bring families together and celebrate this partnership, while fueling fans' passion for Formula 1.
