When he saw the arrival bivouac from the last dune, Daniel Sanders said he was overcome with shivers on his motorcycle. The emotion was strong for the Australian from KTM who signed his first victory on the Dakar on Friday, after a lot of struggles. But he controlled his nerves to conclude a week that could not escape him. In the lead since day one, the 30-year-old rider represented one of the rare islands of stability in a stormy motorcycle race.
